Making Phone-Free Schools Work

Phone-free schools are moving from policy to practice. With variations between and within provinces, what does this shift actually look like on the ground?

This lunch-and-learn webinar series brings together education leaders who are leading the charge on approaches to phone-free schools. Each session offers a different speaker sharing candid perspectives about what works, what doesn’t, and lessons learned.

These sessions are for anyone involved in making phone-free policies work in real schools, including school board leaders, administrators, educators, parents, and civil society partners.

Bring your lunch, your questions, and leave with community, inspiration, and ideas you can use.

URL to IRL brought educators, students, parents, and policy leaders together for a rare offline conversation about technology, learning, and digital wellbeing. Designed as an intentionally intergenerational, hands-on event, the half-day conference blended panels, creative workshops, and interactive activations to centre youth leadership and move the screen time debate from abstract policy to lived experience.
