About the course

In the Secure and Responsible Tech Policy Foundations course, learners will develop a deeper understanding of the digital technology governance landscape in Canada and globally.

You will be introduced to a secure and responsible tech lens for critically assessing current issues in four tech policy domains:

  • the digital economy
  • cyber security
  • disruptive technologies like artificial intelligence
  • digital infrastructure and a connected society

The Foundations course is the first course in the SRTP program.
